Dear Parents and Gaurdians,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and express my excitement about working with your child this school year. I love teaching elementary school because I care deeply about all my students. I believe students can grow and develop by examining all the issues we cover in class. The main goal of this school year is to get your children involved and excited about their school work. Over the course of the year we will be learning in many different styles in order to reach all your children.
Every Friday I will be sending a letter home that will inform you on everything that went on during the week and the upcoming events we have going on for the next week. This letter will be written and sent home by your child and put in their take home folder, so please look for it on Fridays. In order to insure that all parents and gaurdians are being informed of the events I ask that you please sign the Friday take home sheet and send it back with you children on Monday. This way I know who was not informed and may need to be informed in another fashion.
I am avaliable if you have any comments, questions, or concerns, I am avaliable for phone calls and meetings (by apointment please) each day before and after school.
